Primed. Almost.

Saturday was another productive day of painting. We are now about 95% done with the prime coat. If you look closely you can see the small areas we have left on the upper and lower gables. FYI, this is the very back of the house -- not an angle I usually photograph.

Special thanks to my dad for helping last weekend and to S's mom and sister for helping on Saturday. Drudgery (and standing on a ladder all day) is much more tolerable when loved ones are near, suffering with you.

We also bought the actual exterior paint on Saturday morning. Yes, we finally made a decision and there's no going back. Can't wait to show it to you!
